Join NWHM for a special fireside conversation with Gwendolyn Mink, daughter of Congresswoman Patsy Mink, and NWHM Scholars Advisory Council Member, Dr. Judy Tzu-Chun Wu, co-authors of the recently published book Fierce and Fearless: Patsy Takemoto Mink, First Woman of Color in Congress.

Mink and Wu, with appearances by special guests, will discuss Patsy Mink’s courageous but often overlooked efforts to pass Title IX while considering the continuing legacy this landmark legislation has established.
